Description of the Museum

The "Tiroler Volkskunstmuseum" is considered the finest regional heritage museum in Europe. Most of the exhibits having been collected with the old borders of the Tyrol, including today's Trentino and the Ladin valleys of the Dolomites in Italy (arts and crafts and the applied arts, home industries, popular religiosity, masks and traditional dress).
