Head to Head - Serial Portrait Photography

The exhibition »Head to Head« shows examples of serial portrait photography from the early 1970's to the present. It concentrates specifically on head and half-length portraits that derive from the picture composition of passport photos. Despite this narrow thematic contraint, an incredible variety of artistic approaches are presented.
